Buy Now, Redeem Later – Participant FAQs

1. How does the Buy Now, Redeem Later option work?

You purchase a kit that will be loaded onto your Moe’s Rewards account. You can redeem it at your convenience via the web or our Moe’s App, choosing the date, time, and one of our 12 Western PA locations that works best for you.

2. Do I have to place my order in advance?

Yes. Orders must be placed through your Moe’s account via the web or App—kits cannot be redeemed in-store without placing the order in advance. This ensures our staff can efficiently manage orders alongside in-store and catering operations.

You can place orders ASAP for the first available time (typically approximately 30 minutes though busier stores may be longer)

Orders can be placed up to 5 days in advance.

3. Can I redeem at any Moe’s location?

No. Taco Kits are valid only at our 12 Big Plan Group-owned Western PA locations:

Cranberry Twp, Wexford, Robinson Twp, Bridgeville, Bethel Park, Market Square, Oakland, Washington, Murrysville, Monroeville, and Erie (12th St & Millcreek Marketplace). Please note: Kits cannot be redeemed at the North Huntingdon, PA location, as it is not one of our owned locations.

4. Do Buy Now, Redeem Later kits expire?

No! Kits do not expire and can be redeemed at your convenience.

5. Are there any additional costs?

A 3% service fee applies for Buy Now, Redeem Later.

6. Can I purchase multiple kits to redeem later?

Yes! However, only one kit can be redeemed per transaction, so multiple orders are required if you plan to redeem more than one kit at the same time.

7. I don’t have a Moe’s Rewards account. Can I still participate?

A Moe’s Rewards account is required to use this option, as this is how your kits are stored and redeemed.

8. What if I have trouble redeeming or didn’t receive my kit?

9. When will I receive my kit to use?

Kits will be loaded onto Moe’s Rewards account within 72 hours of the fundraiser’s order deadline
